1Prices / Special offers  All prices on ea-engros.dk are daily prices in Danish kroner. All prices include any taxes and are shown both exclusive and inclusive of VAT.

For prices on ea-engros.dk, it is claimed that in many cases, because of lower costs, they will be able to sell cheaper  and are therefore not representative of the prices in our physical stores.

Requests on offer expire after 8 days - intermediate sale reserved - unless otherwise stated.

The following shall also apply to offers on request:

  • Changes in freight rates and public taxes of all kinds, including import and export duties and duties, which occur after the preparation of tenders on request, must be borne by the buyer.
  • If the prices in quotations on request are based on foreign currency, the exchange rates on which our calculation is based are the day of the offer (Any changes in the exchange rates that occur before the buyer has been paid - cf. PAYMENT below - are for the buyer bill).
  • Prices are subject to price increases, currency changes, force majeure, tax changes, sold-out items and printing errors.

Prices are only valid within Denmark's borders, excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland.

2Payment  All orders can be paid with VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB or Dankort.

When paying with Dankort or other credit cards, the invoice amount is only deducted when the goods are shipped.

Payment method "Invoice" - can only be used by companies and public institutions, and requires a payment / trade agreement and that the transaction is done using username and password.

The following is also true for payment method "Invoice":

  • Unless otherwise expressly stated - and provided the agreed goods credit - payment is made in accordance with our general payment terms applicable at all times.
  • The purchase price is due for payment from the agreed delivery date, if the buyer's circumstances mean that delivery cannot be made as agreed.
  • Discounts of any kind are granted only on condition of timely payment.
  • Discounts are not granted on government charges.
  • If payment is made after the last due date of payment, interest is calculated on the outstanding debt incl. VAT at 2% interest per months Minimum handling fee 25 kr.
  • Attributable interest is due for immediate payment and is paid in advance for all other debts on current payments.

3Shipping / Delivery  Shipping prices and expected delivery times are stated before the shopping cart is approved.

Deliveries are shipped with the freight for delivery at the buyer's address or other address specified by the buyer, and are delivered as close to the address as the freight car - at the driver's discretion - can drive without the risk of driving or damaging the vehicle and surroundings.

All delivery times are calculated from the first coming working day at. 8.00

We accept no responsibility for delays in deliveries, any goods in the backorder by the manufacturer, and any expenses related to delayed deliveries, transport damage and manufacturing defects in products.

Unless in the comment box for the order permission is given for the item - at the buyer's responsibility - to be placed in a specified location, the carrier does not deliver any goods without receipt of the receipt. If a receipt cannot be obtained for the receipt, the carrier will send a message stating that it is the buyer's responsibility to make a new agreement with the carrier regarding re-delivery. Any re-delivery costs are borne at the buyer's own expense.

Delivery of goods is considered to have taken place when the carrier has delivered the goods at the delivery address.

Goods can be picked up at one of our stores by prior arrangement. However, the item must be ordered and paid for in advance, after which an email will be sent when the item is ready for pickup.

The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.

4Reception  It is up to the buyer to immediately compare the delivered goods with the order confirmation.

We strongly recommend that you check the item / package for transport damage before acknowledging receipt.

If there is damage to a product, an objection must be made to the transport company on site. Never send a receipt for a consignment note without making any comments on the consignment note if there is any damage to any of the items.

Receipt for receipt is equated with acceptance of the condition of the goods.

If the buyer has given permission for the package to be placed, there may be doubts as to when any damage to the product has occurred. We do not recommend this form of delivery for products that are particularly fragile.

Thus, situations may arise where a product cannot be replaced.

If the item or packaging is damaged, the buyer can refuse receipt, after which the carrier takes the package with the return. We must then be contacted.

The buyer can also choose to receive the parcel, but confirm the delivery letter "Received with reservation" after which the contents of the parcel must be checked after the shipper has departed. If you first discover the damage after the package has been opened, please contact the shipping company or us.

It is important that the packaging is kept for future inspection by the shipping company.

Visible defects or defects must be reported to us on the day of delivery or no later than the following day. Subsequent inquiries may result in the case being rejected by the carrier.

The item will normally be delivered to curbs (typically to the front door), and the buyer is thus responsible for carrying the item himself.

5Defective goods  We cover transport costs in connection with defective goods by shipment via Post Denmark or freight forwarder. If you have received an incorrect delivery, we encourage you to contact us. We are then responsible for requesting the carrier or sending a paid postal receipt.

We will, of course, exchange and ship a new item immediately upon receipt of the incorrect delivery unless otherwise agreed.

To help with our return department, a copy of the order confirmation is placed in the box with the item and a completed RMA form.

6Return / Cancellation  Should the buyer regret his purchase, all goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt, if this is notified to ea-engros.dk in writing before the deadline and the goods are returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as upon receipt.

Should the Buyer regret his purchase within 3 months and including the item in service, the Buyer will be liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to the handling of the item other than what is necessary to test it in the ordinary way that he or she would do in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider the item as used, which means that when you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase price, depending on the trade value of the item. Commercial value means the price at which comparable goods are sold for use between traders.

Hygiene products put into service are not returned, including face masks, hand soaps and other personal care.

If possible. Returns must be paid by the buyer himself.

After 3 months, no credit will take place.

For products where the packaging is in solid material, cardboard box with logo or print, as well as sealed boxes, the following applies:

  • The original packaging must always be returned in a condition that allows resale, as useful information about the product's use as well as goals / values ​​is required on the packaging, which is necessary information for our other customers.
  • Since no new packaging can be obtained for the products, the packaging has significant value for the product and must therefore be returned in undamaged condition. It is therefore important that no tape or other stickers be put directly on original packaging, nor must it be written directly on the original packaging.

If the packaging is not returned or the packaging is damaged, the conditions for the right of withdrawal are not fulfilled.

Goods sold in wrapped packaging or cut to meter size and goods made specially or manufactured according to order are not returned.

If the buyer cancels his purchase before receiving the item, simply refuse to receive the item. However, the buyer must be aware that the return freight is the responsibility of the buyer. This return freight is not necessarily the same that the buyer has given to have the item shipped.

If the buyer has received the item, we have, in order to facilitate the return, made an RMA form which ensures that we get all the information we need and can thus process the return case faster.

The RMA form also serves as a written request for return.

Goods returned to UFRANCO, without specifying RMA number or on demand, are denied receipt without prior agreement. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive in full condition.

6.1Infinite Returns  As a customer, you have the option of ordering infinite returns on your order. When ordering infinite return right, §6 Return / Cancellation shall lapse .

Infinite return right only applies if ordered with the order and cannot be ordered afterwards.

Infinite returns must be on the same order confirmation as the item you want to return. By returning goods with infinite returns within 14 days from the date of receipt, you will receive your money back. If returned after 3 months from receipt, the amount is returned in the form of a receipt if the item is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as upon receipt.

7Service  If service is needed, you can contact our technical service by logging into ea-engros.dk or by contacting Customer Service.

Before the item is shipped, an RMA form must be completed, which will speed up the return and processing time and avoid any misunderstandings as we will get all the necessary information here.

The item aims to be repaired within approx. 1 week, unless special conditions occur. After repair, the item is returned to the buyer free of charge.

If our technicians cannot find fault with the returned product, the product is sent back at the buyer's expense and a fee of DKK 200.00.

8Warranty / Warranty  As a general consumer, you have two years of warranty, unless the manufacturer gives additional warranty on the product, which means that the buyer can either get the product repaired, exchanged, money back or discount in price, depending on the specific situation. This means that the complaint is justified.

Should the item fail as expected during the complaint period, the item must be sent to us and we will repair the item.

If the fault is caused by malfunctions, modifications or gross misuse on the part of the user, the repair will be invoiced to the buyer.

Before the item is shipped, an RMA form must be completed, which will speed up the return and processing time and avoid any misunderstandings, as we will get all the necessary information we need here.

9Ownership  We reserve ownership of the goods delivered until the full purchase price has been paid in full.

Any costs associated with enforcing the reservation of ownership will be imposed on the buyer.

10Disclaimer and disclaimer  We make reservations for any tax changes, price and proofing errors, technical errors, sold out goods and force majeure, including labor conflicts and deficiencies or delays in deliveries from subcontractors, unless otherwise required by Danish law.

11Business customers  The same trading conditions apply to business customers as to consumers, but with the following modification:

  • There is no right of withdrawal for traders
  • If the buyer is a business customer, the goods will not be returned. (Supplies are defined as goods with a delivery time over 2 days).
  • Inventory is subject to a 30% return charge (up to 14 days after purchase). After that, the item cannot be returned.
  • There is a 1 year warranty right from the original invoice date. Replacement or repair does not result in a new 1 year warranty period.
  • When using the right of complaint, the buyer must be responsible for the shipment of the product, including the shipping costs.
  • If payment is made after the last due date of payment, interest is calculated on the outstanding debt incl. VAT at 2% interest per months Minimum handling fee 25 kr.
  • Attributable interest is due for immediate payment and is paid in advance for all other debts on current payments.
  • The use of your own account and all associated services is solely at your own risk. We cannot be held liable hereunder if information, content or material is changed and / or unauthorized access to it.
  • In the event of a dispute arising from the delivery, the contractual nature of the goods, etc., it is our right to choose whether the dispute should be decided by arbitration or by the ordinary courts. If the case is to be brought before the courts, the case must be brought at the venue of our head office regardless of where the buyer lives or resides. If the dispute is to be settled by arbitration, the arbitral tribunal shall be established in accordance with the rules of the General Terms and Conditions for Works and Deliveries 1992 § 47. Visits and estimates shall be measured in accordance with the rules of the General Terms and Conditions for Works and Deliveries 1992 § 45.

12Place of order  When the buyer has placed an order on ea-engros.dk, our system will automatically send the buyer an e-mail stating which products have been ordered.

Please note that the automated response is NOT a legally binding order confirmation, which results in an agreement. This is only an electronic receipt for receiving your order.

We therefore have the option to cancel the order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failure and similar situations.

The order confirmation itself is not kept by us after it has been sent to the buyer.

The order can always be followed by logging into ea-engros.dk, where you will also find a copy of your invoice.

12.1Cancellation  If you wish to cancel or cancel an already placed order, it should in principle be done in the same way as the order was made. This means that if the order is placed on ea-engros.dk, the order should also be canceled on ea-engros.dk.

Cancellation can be done by logging in to ea-engros.dk and should be done before noon. The same day the order is placed.

13Information about complaints  A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Agency's Center for Complaints, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaints Solution via www.forbrug.dk .

We accept no responsibility for any errors or information in the written material on the products prepared by our suppliers. This applies to any type of sales material, descriptions, user guide, etc.

In the case of quantity discrepancies due to our errors, the buyer is always entitled to return the over-delivered.

We pay particular attention to the fact that, unless otherwise stated, the main language of the manuals for the goods we sell is English.

All agreements with EA Verktøj Engros A / S are signed in Danish.
